By creating an account, starting a free trial, or otherwise accessing or using InsurScribe (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the Service.
If you are using InsurScribe on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In that case, "you" and "your" refer to both you individually and the entity.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use InsurScribe. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We'll notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
InsurScribe is a web-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that uses artificial intelligence to help auto body shops and property restoration contractors generate professional insurance supplement request letters.
The Service allows users to:
InsurScribe is a drafting and productivity tool. It does not act as your agent, attorney, or representative in any claim negotiation. All letters are provided as drafts for your review, editing, and use.
Free Trial. New accounts receive a 3-day free trial with access to up to 5 generated letters. No charge is applied during the trial period. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends and you will not be billed.
Paid Subscription. After your trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid plan at $49/month, which includes up to 100 letters per month. This rate is locked in for the lifetime of your account as long as your subscription remains active and in good standing.
Billing. Subscription fees are billed monthly to the payment method on file. We use Stripe for secure payment processing. InsurScribe never stores your full card details.
Failed Payments. If a payment fails, we'll attempt to notify you and retry. Access to the Service may be suspended until payment is resolved.
Refunds. Because of the free trial, we generally do not issue refunds for paid subscription periods that have already begun. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at [email protected] and we'll review your case.
Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access until then.
InsurScribe is a professional tool intended to help legitimate businesses communicate supplement requests to insurance carriers. You agree to use it responsibly and lawfully.
You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you provide. The quality and truthfulness of the information you enter — claim details, vehicle or property damage descriptions, estimate amounts, and stated justifications — is entirely your responsibility. InsurScribe generates letters based on what you tell it. Garbage in, garbage out.
Not a substitute for professional legal advice. InsurScribe is a writing and productivity tool, not a law firm. Nothing generated by InsurScribe constitutes legal advice. If you face a claim dispute, coverage denial, or legal action involving an insurer, consult a licensed attorney or public adjuster in your jurisdiction.

InsurScribe's letters are generated by artificial intelligence. Our AI is trained on insurance supplement best practices, industry standards, and repair/restoration procedures — and it does its best to produce accurate, professional, and well-supported letters.
Specifically, you acknowledge and agree that:
Think of the generated letter as a first draft from a knowledgeable colleague — always worth reading carefully before it goes out the door.
Our platform. InsurScribe and all related software, design, branding, AI models, prompts, and technology are the exclusive property of InsurScribe and are protected by copyright, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.
Your content. You retain ownership of the claim information and inputs you provide to the Service. By submitting information, you grant InsurScribe a limited, non-exclusive license to use it solely for the purpose of generating your letters and improving the Service.
Generated letters. The letters generated for you are yours to use. Once downloaded, you may edit, submit, and use them however you need for your legitimate business purposes. InsurScribe does not claim ownership of the output letters generated for your account.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, InsurScribe and its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption — arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service.
InsurScribe's total aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to InsurScribe in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought and even if InsurScribe has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations on liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
InsurScribe is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we expressly disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:
You use InsurScribe at your own risk. We do our best to keep the Service reliable and the AI accurate, but we can't guarantee perfection.
By you. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing cycle.
By us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service — with or without notice — if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or used the Service in a way that harms InsurScribe or others.
Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service ends immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 5, 7, 8, and 10) will remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida. By using the Service, you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
